Recommendations
This report presents the public health guidelines developed within the caregIVR project, aimed at supporting informal caregivers of people with cardiovascular conditions, particularly post‑stroke. It provides evidence‑based recommendations across three key phases—prepare, support and recover—combining innovative tools such as immersive virtual reality with practical guidance to improve care quality, caregiver well‑being and health literacy.
